The new agreements cover 16 properties in nine US locations, totalling over 1,000 rooms, which will be integrated into the Design Hotels portfolio in the coming months.

It includes seven Palihouse and Palihotel properties, including Palihouse West Hollywood, Palihotel Melrose, and Palihotel Seattle.

The portfolio also includes four ARRIVE by Palisociety hotels in Albuquerque, Palm Springs, Wilmington and Memphis, and three Le Petit Pali sites in Brentwood, St Helena and Laguna Beach.

Independent properties Silver Lake Pool & Inn and The Hôtel Lili Beverly Hills will also become part of Design Hotels.

Brosh said: “Design Hotels has long been a symbol of creativity, vision and inspired hospitality in the industry, and we are thrilled to introduce our collection of hotels into their portfolio.”

The agreement gives Palisociety hotels access to Design Hotels’ support in areas such as content creation, digital marketing, public relations, sales, and web design, together with Marriott’s global distribution channels.

Design Hotels managing director Stijn Oyen said: “Design Hotels has always been a home for founders, visionaries, and original thinkers.

“Avi Brosh and Kirsten Leigh Pratt have built Palisociety with the same independent mindset that defines our global community – creating hotels with character, cultural relevance, and a genuine connection to place.”
