The planned hotel will be built on an 8,336m² site on Phahon Yothin Road, close to Don Mueang International Airport and next to the Yaek Kor Por Aor BTS Station.

Hotel101-Bangkok is projected to bring in around Bt1.9bn in sales revenue after all units are sold.

Completion is targeted for 2029.

The hotel will offer a range of four-star amenities including meeting areas and a conference centre for business-related use, as well as all-day dining, a swimming pool, gym, business centre and children’s pool.

The venture awaits regulatory approvals.

Origin Property, founded in 2009, develops condominium projects located near BTS Skytrain lines and expressways.

The property is situated in the Valdebebas district, beside Ciudad Real Madrid and close to the new Formula One Madrid Grand Prix circuit.

Hotel101-Madrid provides “HappyRoom” units with kitchenettes, alongside a range of facilities including all-day dining, a business centre, a convenience store, function rooms and a gym.

The Hotel101 Global Group is pursuing international expansion, with a medium-term target of operating in 25 countries and a longer-term aim of running one million Hotel101 rooms across 100 countries.
