ITC Hotels has signed a management agreement for Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Salasar in the Indian state of Rajasthan.
The project will incorporate local architecture, including traditional courtyards, jaalis, and arches.

In addition to 145 rooms and suites, the new hotel will comprise an all-day dining venue and 12,000ft² of indoor space for banquets and events.
Other amenities include a swimming pool, spa and fitness centre, and a kids’ club for families.
ITC Hotels managing director Anil Chadha said: “Rajasthan remains one of India’s most loved tourism destinations, drawing visitors through its unique blend of heritage charm, culture, spirituality, and festivity.
“Salasar occupies a special place within this landscape, attracting visitors from across the globe. With Welcomhotel Salasar, we shall further strengthen ITCHL’s presence across various brands in Rajasthan.”
Envato Retreats has partnered with ITC Hotels to develop the property.

In May 2026, ITC Hotels entered an agreement to acquire the Zuri Kumarakom Resort & Spa in Kerala, India, for an enterprise value of Rs2.05bn ($21.3m).
Situated along Vembanad Lake and approximately 70km from Cochin, the resort occupies an 18-acre site and includes 72 rooms with 38 villas and cottages.
