IHG said The Hari London, which is located in Belgravia, is well placed for access to nearby luxury shopping and cultural venues.

Located in Wan Chai, The Hari Hong Kong, Vignette Collection, will target both global business executives and leisure travellers.

The arrangement between IHG and Harilela Group also covers the conversion of the 324-room Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre into The Hari Singapore, Vignette Collection.

Located on Singapore’s Orchard Road, the rebranded hotel is expected to begin receiving guests in 2027.

Harilela Group chairman and CEO Dr Aron Harilela said: “Bringing our three The Hari Hotels into Vignette Collection provides a unified brand partnership opportunity, and a powerful platform for growth, combining the hotel’s individuality with the scale, global reach and commercial strength of IHG.

“We are confident that this partnership will further elevate the guest experience, while driving strong performance and long-term value for our hotels.”

According to the companies, the latest agreement is the result of a relationship spanning more than 50 years, with the two partners now working together across six hotels.

IHG senior vice-president and East Asia and Pacific managing director Rajit Sukumaran said: “It is a privilege to celebrate more than five decades of partnership with Harilela Group. Since opening Holiday Inn Golden Mile over 50 years ago, we have built a relationship founded on trust, shared ambition and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.

“Today’s announcement reaches an exciting new milestone as we extend our portfolio to six hotels in five world class travel destinations, a testament to what we have achieved together.

“This landmark agreement introduces Vignette Collection to one of the world’s most strategically important gateway cities and expands its presence in both London and Hong Kong.

The new signings expand the footprint of Vignette Collection, which now comprises more than 80 operating and pipeline properties worldwide.

Earlier this month, IHG and Morina Development & Investment signed a franchise agreement to debut the Noted Collection in Saudi Arabia.
