Mondrian has opened its first all-inclusive resort in Cancún, adding a 400-room property positioned between the Caribbean Sea and Nichupté Lagoon.
The site includes ten restaurants, six bars, three pool areas, a private beach club, wellness facilities, and event space.

It also features the brand’s first residential scheme in Mexico.
The company stated: “Inspired by the island it sits on, Mondrian Cancún embraces a contemporary architectural approach that celebrates openness, natural light and a seamless relationship with its surroundings.”
The residential element consists of 328 units, in one, two- and three-bedroom layouts, overlooking Nichupté Lagoon.
Among the pool facilities are two facing Nichupté Lagoon and an adults-only rooftop pool, The Observatory, overlooking Cancún.
The company said further additions are due later this year, including a full-service spa and expanded fitness facilities.
It also plans to add a teens club, meeting rooms alongside more food and beverage venues, including an Italian coastal restaurant and a Cuban-themed sunset bar.
Last year, Ennismore signed a memorandum of understanding with property investment and development company Bondstone for Mondrian Arcaya in Portugal.
Mondrian Arcaya is planned as the brand’s first hotel in Portugal. It is scheduled to open in 2028 with 120 rooms, including 30 suites, alongside three restaurants and bars, a fitness centre and three pools.
