Designed to serve business and leisure visitors, the hotel will feature meeting spaces, a fitness centre, and the brand’s signature Qmin all-day dining restaurant.
IHCL real estate and development executive vice-president Suma Venkatesh said: “The growth of India’s midscale segment is being shaped by the emergence of new economic and administrative centres that are creating sustained demand for branded hospitality offerings.
“Nava Raipur is steadily establishing itself as a key micro-market, supported by planned urban development and investment across sectors. As the city continues to evolve, Ginger Nava Raipur will cater to a broad mix of travellers. We are delighted to partner with ECHT Ventures.”
Partner company ECHT Ventures is a conglomerate with operations across real estate, experiential hospitality, and marine infrastructure, holding a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
ECHT Ventures officials Vishal Kankaria and Raja Kankaria said, “Partnering with IHCL marks an important milestone for this project. Ginger has built a strong presence across the country, and we are pleased to collaborate with IHCL in bringing the brand to the city.”
The new signing brings IHCL’s total presence in Chhattisgarh to four properties, three of which are under development.
In June, IHCL expanded its Ginger portfolio with the launch of two new properties in Bihar and Agra.
