Hilton has signed an agreement to add Naples Grande Beach Resort in Florida, US, to its Signia Hilton portfolio.

The 474-room property, including 50 villas, will be the first Signia Hilton resort on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

The hotel, which will open as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, has started accepting reservations for stays from 1 January 2027.

It is currently undergoing a major transformation. The scope of the redevelopment includes redesigned guest rooms and suites, new culinary options, wellness facilities, and updated social and event spaces.

Located along three miles (4.8km) of Gulf Coast beach, the resort will feature a luxury spa, several pools, tennis facilities, and a range of indoor and outdoor venues for gatherings.

The property will become Signia Hilton’s third location in Florida, joining Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort.

Following its opening, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort will join the brand’s global portfolio, which includes recent resort additions such as Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa.
