Hilton has entered a franchise agreement with Arte Hoteles to launch its first Outset Collection by Hilton property in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

Scheduled to open in Spain later this year, the new hotel will operate under the name Casa Verbena Madrid, Outset Collection by Hilton.

Arte Hoteles managing director Álvaro Mazaheri said: “We are proud to partner with Hilton to introduce Outset Collection by Hilton to Madrid.

“This project represents an exciting opportunity to pair our local expertise with Hilton’s global platform, creating a hotel with story, character and individuality that reflects the energy of the city, while retaining its own distinctive identity.”

Located in Madrid’s city centre, the property will offer 45 guest rooms, a reception area and breakfast facilities.

The hotel further expands Hilton’s Spanish portfolio, which includes the recent opening of Hotel Palacio Bellas Artes San Sebastian, Curio Collection by Hilton.

The hospitality group’s upcoming pipeline in the country also includes DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid Principe de Vergara and Cuber House Valencia, Curio Collection by Hilton.
