Davidson Hospitality Group’s Pivot unit has been appointed by a joint venture led by The Georgetown Company to manage the Hutton Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, which operates under Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio brand.
The property is in the city’s West End neighbourhood and has 246 refurbished guest rooms.

Its facilities include a restaurant, a 5,000ft² music venue, two recording suites, 15,000ft² of meeting and event space, and a 3,200ft² spa and fitness centre.
The Georgetown Company managing director and hospitality head Michael Fishbin said: “Known as the city’s original boutique hotel, the renowned Hutton Hotel offers guests an immersive journey into Nashville’s creative culture.
“Based on its stellar reputation of operational excellence and delivering truly differentiated guest experiences, our team is looking forward to collaborating with the Pivot team to propel performance and reaffirm the property’s place at the intersection of music, design, and culture.”
Pivot’s portfolio is centred on “soft branded, independent, and lifestyle” properties in the US.
Its managed hotels include Hotel Zachary in Chicago, Bellyard in Atlanta, and The Higgins Hotel New Orleans.

Last December, privately held conglomerate Jordache Enterprises hired Pivot Hotels & Resorts to take over management of Hotel Lincoln, JdV by Hyatt, in Chicago, US.
The property is in the city’s Old Town neighbourhood and has 182 guest rooms and suites.
