Accor has signed an agreement with Reve Group to operate Novotel Sydney Castle Hill in New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
The new hotel will form part of the Nova Rêve mixed-use precinct in Castle Hill in Sydney, situated within walking distance of Castle Towers and Castle Hill Metro Station.

The property is expected to open in early 2029 featuring 143 guest rooms, restaurants, cafés, bars and an elevated dining venue.
Planned facilities also include a fitness centre, swimming pool, and spaces for conferences and events.
Reve Group managing director Sam Kassis said: “As a local developer, we are proud to be shaping a project that responds to the future of Castle Hill and the wider Hills District.
“By partnering with Accor to bring Novotel to Nova Rêve, we add a globally recognised hospitality brand to the precinct and strengthen the development’s offering for residents, visitors, businesses and the broader community.
“It also gives the district somewhere to hold a conference, a wedding or a family celebration, and somewhere for visitors to stay, without leaving Castle Hill.”
Once completed, Novotel Sydney Castle Hill will cater to the area’s growing business and leisure demand.
The agreement adds to Accor’s development pipeline across the Pacific.

Currently, Accor operates more than 420 hotels, resorts and extended-stay properties in the region, and is expanding through partnerships with owners and developers across urban, suburban and leisure locations.
