Hilton has signed an agreement to open a 199-room property called Tempo by Hilton Munich Airport Arena in Germany.
The hotel will be located on the Munich Arena campus and is expected to open in 2029, concurrently with the arena.

The deal marks the Tempo by Hilton brand’s entry into Germany.
The brand currently has 86 properties either operating or in its development pipeline, including signed locations in Belfast City Centre, Lisbon Parque das Nações, and Reykjavik.
The hotel in Munich will form part of the Munich Arena live entertainment campus. It will include a ground-floor café, a rooftop bar, and a fully equipped gym.

Hilton signed the management agreement for the property with Allresto Munich Airport Hotel and Restaurants, a subsidiary of Munich Airport.
Allresto has leased the property from SWMUNICH Accomodation, which is part of the Munich Arena group.
Munich Arena managing partner Lorenz Schmid said: “We are delighted that Tempo by Hilton is coming to the Munich Arena campus, and we look forward to the moment the first concert begins.”
