Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport will each provide 300 guest rooms, alongside various dining outlets, conference and function spaces, wellness centres, and associated amenities.
Featuring more than 72,000ft2 of dedicated event space, the venue is planned to meet growing demand for large conferences, corporate assemblies, and social gatherings.
Both properties, located around 20 minutes away from Kempegowda International Airport, are scheduled to open in 2030.
The transaction also represents an additional partnership with Bengaluru-based Kalyani Group following the launch of DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield in 2024.
Kalyani Developers managing director Mohan Raju said: “Our continued partnership with Hilton reflects the strength of its brands and the confidence we have in its long-term vision for Bengaluru.
“Following the success of DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield, this signing marks a natural next step in expanding our hospitality presence in the city.
“We are pleased to bring Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport to support the city’s growing demand for high-quality hospitality offerings, while contributing to its continued evolution as one of India’s most dynamic business and travel destinations.”
Hilton Asia Pacific president Alan Watts said: “This landmark signing represents a significant milestone in strengthening Hilton’s presence in Bengaluru and reflects our long-term confidence in the market.
“As we advance our ambition to exceed 400 hotels in India over the next decade, Bengaluru will remain a key focus for expansion.
“Together with Kalyani Group, we look forward to bringing another world-class hospitality destination to the city that will serve the evolving needs of travellers and contribute to Bengaluru’s continued growth as a global business and leisure hub.”
