Boutique hotel operator White Rainbow has selected hospitality operating system provider Mews to manage its property administration, revenue functions, and housekeeping workflows across its portfolio.

The hotel company’s footprint is concentrated primarily in the Adirondacks, alongside sites in Montana and Vermont.

White Rainbow currently has seven locations, with an eighth site situated in Stowe, Vermont, scheduled to join the business this month.

Seven properties have already completed the transition to the vendor’s platform.

These sites are utilising Mews PMS, Mews RMS and Flexkeeping, a Mews company, for housekeeping.

For front-of-house operations, the operator has linked its digital, keyless door-access infrastructure via the Mews Marketplace, allowing arriving guests to check in according to their own itineraries.

Internally, White Rainbow has developed bespoke automated reporting functions connected directly to Mews dataset architecture. This configuration enables staff to track incoming reservations, assess occupancy rates, and draft pro-forma financial models without extracting figures from disconnected software programmes.

Mews president Michael Coscetta said: “As they’ve grown from a single hotel to a fast-expanding portfolio across the Adirondacks and beyond, Mews gives their team one operating system to manage every property consistently, wherever they’re working from.

“It’s exactly the kind of independent operator we built Mews to support.”

White Rainbow intends to onboard its newest asset, the Grey Fox Inn in Vermont, to the platform before the close of October.

White Rainbow founder and CEO Yuri Bouharevich said: “Every hotel we take on has its own story, and our job is to bring that out.

“To keep doing that as we grow, we need the operation underneath to be simple and consistent. “Mews lets us focus on the guest experience and on what makes each property unique.”
