AC Hotel Dallas Uptown will offer 110 guest rooms while Moxy Dallas Uptown features 154 guest rooms.
In a statement, Peachtree Group said the development introduces “two distinct Marriott hospitality experiences in one of Dallas’ most prominent business and lifestyle districts”.
Constructed in partnership with Phoenix Development Partners, the project will be operated by Peachtree’s hospitality management arm.
Situated in central Uptown, the property adds lodging capacity aimed at the district’s commercial sector, alongside dining, meeting, and entertainment facilities for guests and local residents.
Both Marriott concepts function under a shared operational model, utilising joint back-of-house infrastructure while maintaining distinct guest-facing environments.
The AC Hotel segment incorporates the AC Kitchen breakfast area alongside the AC Library, a dedicated lounge for working and quiet use.
The Moxy segment centres on communal social areas and Bar Moxy, which provides coffee, cocktails, and light meals.
Joint amenities include a 1,000ft² fitness centre, configurable corporate event rooms, and an indoor-outdoor rooftop venue named High Point.
Peachtree Group managing principal and CEO Greg Friedman said: “Dallas continues to attract significant corporate investment, particularly in financial services, reinforcing its position as one of the country’s leading business destinations.
“Uptown is at the centre of that growth, creating an attractive environment for hospitality investment.
“By bringing AC Hotel and Moxy together, we can serve a broader range of travellers while introducing a distinctive hospitality experience that reflects the neighbourhood’s continued evolution.”
The launch expands the company’s footprint across Texas, following the opening of the 171-room Residence Inn San Antonio Riverwalk.
Peachtree also recently broke ground on a 480-room dual-branded Hilton development in central Austin.
