Computer and Mathematical Occupations, with a share of 20%, emerged as the top future of work-related job roles within the travel and tourism industry in Q4 2023, with new job postings drop by 1% quarter-on-quarter. Management Occupations came in second with a share of 19% in Q4 2023, with new job postings dropping by 5% over the previous quarter.

Together they accounted for a combined share of 33% of all future of work-related new jobs in the travel and tourism industry.
Walt Disney posted 309 future of work-related new jobs in Q4 2023, A.P. Moller - Maersk 228 jobs, Marriott International 192 jobs, Deutsche Lufthansa 174 jobs, and Uber Technologies 171 jobs, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics.

The largest share of future of work-related new job postings in the travel and tourism industry in Q4 2023 was in the US with 42.23% followed by Germany (8.35%) and India (7.32%). The share represented by the US was seven percentage points lower than the 48.88% share it accounted for in Q3 2023.
