Out of the total IT job titles posted by A.P. Moller – Maersk, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 38.68% in September 2022, and a 14.58% drop over August 2022, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 21.7% in September 2022, and registered growth of 109.09%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 17.92% in September 2022, a 72.73% rise from August 2022.

Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global travel & tourism IT hiring activity in September 2022 with a 46.7% share, which marked a 19.28% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 30.66%, registering a 4.84% month-on-month growth. North America was the third leading region with a 13.21% share and an 833.33% rise over August 2022.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 8.02% and a month-on-month increase of 142.86%. South & Central America stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 1.42%, registering a 70% drop over the previous month.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s travel & tourism industry IT hiring activity with a 38.21% share in September 2022, a 28.57% growth over August 2022. Denmark featured next with a 17.92% share, up 5.56% over the previous month. US recorded a 12.26% share, an increase of 766.67% compared with August 2022.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 78.3%, up by 32.8% from August 2022. Mid Level positions with a 19.34% share, a growth of 5.13% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 2.36% share, up 400% over August 2022.
