The industry’s overall hiring increased by 8.02% in June 2022 when compared with May 2022.
Out of the travel & tourism industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 15.76% share in June 2022, recording a decrease of 3.27% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Denmark’s travel & tourism industry’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Denmark’s travel & tourism industry in June 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 65.22% in June 2022, registering a 34.78% decline over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 26.09% share, an increase of 20% over the previous month.
3) Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 8.7%, registering a 100% rise from May 2022.
Top five travel & tourism companies in Denmark’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Denmark’s travel & tourism industry during June 2022 over May 2022.
A.P. Moller – Maersk posted 18 IT jobs in June 2022 and registered a drop of 37.93% over the previous month, followed by Copenhagen Airports with 3 jobs and a 50% growth. Booking Holdings with 1 IT job and Capital A with 1 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a flat growth.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 82.61%, up by 18.75% from May 2022. Mid Level positions with a 17.39% share, registered a decline of 63.64% compared with the previous month.
