IT jobs claimed a 3.65% share in the company’s total hiring activity in September 2021, and recorded a 0.27% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Deutsche Bahn IT hiring in September 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Deutsche Bahn, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 63.16% in September 2021, and a 23.4% drop over August 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 12.28% in September 2021, and registered a decline of 58.82%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 10.53% in September 2021, a 40% drop from August 2021.

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global travel & tourism IT hiring activity in September 2021 with an 80.7% share, which marked a 24.59% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 10.53%, registering a 60% month-on-month decline. North America was the third leading region with a 7.02% share and a 300% rise over August 2021.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 1.75% and a month-on-month flat growth.

Poland featured next with an 8.77% share, up 25% over the previous month. US recorded a 7.02% share, an increase of 300% compared with August 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Deutsche Bahn IT hiring activity in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 75.44%, down by 15.69% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 15.79% share, a flat growth compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 7.02% share, down 71.43% over August 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 1.75%, recording a month-on-month decline of 66.67%.
