The industry’s overall hiring an increased by 14.93% in June 2021 compared with May 2021.
Out of the travel & tourism industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 25.77% share in June 2021, recording decrease of 2.38% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Denmark travel & tourism industry’s IT recruitment activity in June 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Denmark travel & tourism industry in June 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 57.69% in June 2021, a 9.09% drop over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 34.62% share, an increase of 100% over the previous month.
3) Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 5.77%, registering a 50% rise from May 2021.
4) Database and Network Administrators and Architects captured a share of 1.92%, down 87.5% over the previous month.
Top five travel & tourism companies in Denmark IT recruitment activity in June 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Denmark travel & tourism industry during June 2021 over May 2021.
A.P. Moller – Maersk posted 42 IT jobs in June 2021 and registered a rise of 31.25% over the previous month, followed by AirAsia Group with 5 jobs and a 58.33% drop. DSV Panalpina with 4 IT jobs and Uber Technologies with 1 jobs, recorded a 33.33% drop and a flat growth, respectively.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 59.62%, down by 26.19% from May 2021. Mid Level positions with a 34.62% share, a growth of 100% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 5.77% share, up 50% over May 2021.
