The ten biggest hotel chains in Asia Pacific in 2020

Hotel Management Network lists the top ten hotels in Asia Pacific as measured by the number of hotels as tracked by GlobalData’s Hotels database.

1. Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotels Development

Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotels Development was the biggest hotel chain in Asia Pacific with 6,700 hotels in 2020.

2. Huazhu Group

The second biggest hotel chain in Asia Pacific, Huazhu Group operated 5,618 hotels in 2020.

5. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts

9. APA Hotel

With 452 hotels, APA Hotel was the ninth biggest hotel chain in Asia Pacific in 2020.

10. Route Inn Japan

Route Inn Japan was the tenth biggest hotel chain in Asia Pacific with 312 hotels in 2020.
