Here are the top five hotel construction projects that commenced in the US in Q4 2021, according to GlobalData’s construction projects database.

1. Entertainment District Expansion – $810m

The project involves the expansion of entertainment district in Texas.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.

The project aims to provide hospitality facilities in the region.

2. The Armand Mixed-Use Development – $800m

The project aims to provide better residential, hotel, commercial and retail facilities in the region.

5. East Park Village Mixed-Use Development – $200m

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex in Orlando, Florida.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2026.

The aim of the project is to provide better facilities in the region.
