AC Hotel Bethesda Downtown features Corella Café & Lounge, which offers locally-roasted morning coffee to late-night bites and creative cocktails.

Situated at the intersection of Montgomery and Wisconsin Avenues, the hotel is a few blocks away from Marriott International’s new global headquarters, seven miles from downtown D.C, a one-minute walk from the Red Line Metro Station and a three-minute bike ride from the Capital Crescent Trail.

The project partners of the hotel include Cooper Carry as architect/interior designer; Balfour Beatty as base building contractor; and Coakley & Williams Construction as general contractor.

Following the completion of the Bethesda project, OTO has opened six AC Hotels — at South San Francisco, California; Chapel Hill, North Carolina; Spartanburg, South Carolina; Times Square, New York; and Washington, D.C. Two more hotels are currently under development in Naples and Jacksonville, Florida.
