Hospitality group Accor has further bolstered its ongoing partnership with Construcții Erbașu by signing hotel management agreements for two new hotels in Romania.

The two new hotels are Novotel Living Bucharest Baneasa in Bucharest and ibis Styles Oradea Erbas in the city of Oradea.

The two companies have also extended the current management agreement for ibis Styles Bucharest Erbas, which opened in 2018 in the Aviației area of Bucharest. This revised agreement for this hotel will remain in effect until 2033.

Accor development director of ENA development for Southeast Europe Maria DRĂGULIN said: “The growth of our successful partnership with CONSTRUCȚII ERBAȘU is testimony of Accor’s unwavering commitment to enhance the growth of local hotel owners and investors and to contribute to the design and delivery of exceptional hospitality projects that match the needs and expectations of today’s travellers and bring value and notoriety to their respective destinations.”

Construcții Erbașu CEO Cristian Erbașu said: “Today’s announcement marks the growth of our hospitality portfolio and reinforces the pledge we made five years ago when we launched ibis Styles Bucharest Erbas.

“To honour the legacy of our first hotel and to take its story further.”
