Accor’s lifestyle loyalty programme ALL has unveiled a partnership with Uber to elevate the guest travel experience in Australia and New Zealand.
The collaboration enables Accor hotel guests in the two nations to access Uber Reserve through the ALL website and mobile app, facilitating advanced travel planning.
Accor Pacific PM&E chief operating officer Adrian Williams said: “This partnership with Uber reflects our commitment to delivering seamless and stress-free travel experiences for our guests.
“By offering Uber Reserve directly on our ALL website and mobile app, we’re pleased to offer a new level of convenience and certainty, ensuring that every journey is as effortless as possible.”
The new partnership allows for seamless travel arrangements, with Uber Reserve bookings available up to 90 days in advance.
This service is particularly beneficial for guests travelling to and from airports, hotels, and other destinations, offering up to 15 minutes of included wait time.
Uber Australia and New Zealand consumer operations director Mathieu Maire said: “Uber Reserve has become a popular option for Aussies and Kiwis to plan ahead and better manage their travel while on holiday or around major cultural events.”
In addition, the Accor-Uber collaboration extends support to guests attending major events as travellers can pre-book rides to and from concerts and sporting events. The integration of the service into the ALL ecosystem is a strategic move by Accor to enhance the overall guest journey.
Uber joins a portfolio of more than 100 partners associated with ALL, offering members a range of services and experiences.
Membership to ALL is complimentary, allowing members to accumulate points through various interactions with Accor’s extensive global network.
Guests can enjoy a selection of stays from more than 45 Accor brands across 110 countries via the ALL website and app.
Points can be redeemed for a range of experiences, including sold-out concerts at Accor Stadium and exclusive dinners.
In May 2024, ALL expanded its partnership network by integrating with SNCF Connect, a train travel provider in France.
This will allow users to book train tickets and hotel stays through the SNCF Connect website and app, further enhancing the travel experience for Accor guests.
