The newly-opened Address Beach Resort in Dubai has reportedly entered into the Guinness World Book of Record.

The five-star property has featured in the Guinness World Book of Record with two titles – ‘Highest outdoor infinity pool in a building in the world’ and the ‘Highest Occupiable Skybridge Floor in the world’, reported Khaleej Times.

The 77-storey two-tower property is located at the end of the Jumeirah Beach Walk and offers views of the Arabian Gulf, Dubai Marina, Dubai Eye and Dubai Palm Island.

The twin towers, accommodating Address Beach Resort, Address Beach Residences and The Beach Residences by Address, are designed with separate cores that are linked at the base of the lobby and at the top for the sky collection apartments and other facilities.

Address Beach Resort comprises 217 rooms and suites; Address Beach Residences consists of 443 branded apartments; and The Beach Residences by Address features 479 residential apartments managed by The Address.

The resort features leisure facilities, signature spa, wellness centre, rooftop infinity swimming pool, outdoor swimming pools, business facilities, meeting rooms, lounges and retail shops.

The infinity pool, which featured in the Guinness World Book of Record, is located on the rooftop of the resort and offers views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island.

With state-of-the-art construction and groundbreaking amenities, this development has set new standards in luxury lifestyle and hospitality.”
