Aligned Hospitality Management has entered the US state of Colorado with the new Comfort Suites Denver Tech Centre, as reported by HospitalityNet.

This marks the company’s first property beyond Arizona and the 21st addition to its network.

Situated in the suburb of Englewood, the hotel is owned by Colorado Hotel Group and operates under the Choice Hotels franchise.

Aligned Hospitality Management CEO Bryan Tubaugh was quoted by the hospitality website as saying: “We are delighted to welcome Comfort Suites Denver Tech Centre to the Aligned Hospitality Management family and thrilled to expand our footprint outside of Arizona as we position our organisation as a national third-party management company.

The all-suite hotel can also host both business and social events at its 672ft² Englewood meeting room, which can accommodate up to 71 guests.

Other amenities include free Wi-Fi throughout the property, an indoor heated pool, a hot tub and a fitness centre.

The hotel is located right off Interstate 25, ten minutes from Denver Tech Centre and 30 minutes from downtown Denver.

Guests at the property can also venture out onto the nearby Park Meadows Mall, Cherry Creek State Park and Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater.
