Spanning approximately 85,810ft², the project will feature amenities such as a bar, fitness centre, meeting rooms, and modern accommodations for both business and leisure travellers.
Construction is expected to be completed by late 2027.
PA Hospitality has cited increasing demand for quality lodging in the area as a key driver for the development.
A PA Hospitality representative said: “CityCentre has become one of Houston’s premier destinations to live, work, and gather. We saw an opportunity to bring a hospitality product that complements the energy already here while meeting growing demand for high-quality accommodations in the area.”
Anchor Construction is acting as general contractor, taking the project from the initial planning phase through to active building.
According to the companies involved, Anchor Construction began work in the preconstruction phase, assisting with budgeting, logistics, scheduling, and constructability assessments before breaking ground.
Activity on the site is set to increase over the coming months as the structure progresses.
Anchor Construction president Brock Bly said: “Projects like this require precision from day one. From preconstruction through execution, our focus is on delivering a project that meets the ownership vision, brand standards, and long-term expectations for quality.”
