According to a statement, phase one of the “multi-million dollar, property-wide renovation” covered a full upgrade of all guest rooms and the concierge level.

As part of the renovation, guest rooms and suites were refreshed with new furnishings, workstations and vinyl flooring.

The rooms now feature smart TVs and other conveniences such as mini-refrigerators and coffee makers.

On the tenth floor, the concierge lounge has also been redesigned for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite members. The space now features new seating and a more modern layout intended to support both work and downtime.

Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards general manager Sufian Unseri said: “Our newly renovated guestrooms are more than an investment in our hotel—they are an investment in the future of hospitality in downtown Baltimore.

“Just as Baltimore continues to evolve while simultaneously honouring its rich history, our refreshed guestrooms blend modern comfort with timeless hospitality to effectively create the newest hotel rooms in the city.

“Whether guests are visiting for business, attending a convention, cheering on their favourite sports team or exploring the city’s vibrant attractions, our hotel is ideally positioned to deliver an exceptional stay.”

Phase two of the refurbishment work is planned to begin in the first quarter of 2027 and will focus on modernising the lobby, restaurant and meeting areas.
