Carmel Valley Ranch – The Unbound Collection by Hyatt in the US state of California has completed its multimillion-dollar renovation project.
The resort’s upgrades span various facilities, including the Valley Kitchen restaurant, the Think Tank meeting venue, and River Ranch, the central hub for sports and family activities.

Design company HBA San Francisco spearheaded the renovation.
The Valley Kitchen now has a revitalised main dining area, a private dining room, and newly designed outdoor spaces.
These include a new outdoor bar, poolside lounge seating, and day beds, enhancing the dining and relaxation experience for guests.
The resort’s Think Tank meeting space has been reimagined with modern furniture, updated audiovisual equipment, and new buffet arrangements.

River Ranch’s makeover includes the addition of a children’s wading pool and splash pad, along with the revamped Adventure Clubhouse.
The Family Game Zone now offers activities such as ping-pong and cornhole, and weekend treats, including snow cones and popsicles.
Among the additional enhancements include increased lounge seating at the Family Pool, new fire pits for social gatherings, and renovated locker rooms.
The Fitness Center and Movement Studio have received upgraded finishes, and the resort’s sports courts have been resurfaced with new windscreens.
Carmel Valley Ranch has also expanded its culinary offerings with the Munchkin Menu and a curated selection of add-ons.
It provides daily s’mores, child-friendly activities, and artisan-led programmes such as Junior Ranch Hands, bee experiences and archery.
The resort is located on 500 acres of area in the foothills of California’s Central Coast, which is a short drive from Monterey and an hour from Silicon Valley.
