Everhome Suites was launched in 2022 and has since expanded rapidly across the US. The company reports that almost half of all new economy and midscale extended stay construction projects currently underway nationwide are part of the Choice Hotels system.
These properties are designed for guests seeking apartment-style accommodation for longer stays and include features such as fully equipped kitchens and contemporary amenities.
Located near employers such as Whole Foods Market, Dell Technologies, and Southwestern University, the new Georgetown hotel is positioned to benefit from corporate and project-related demand.
Guests have access to local attractions, including Inner Space Cavern, Lake Georgetown, and Blue Hole Park.
In addition to the Georgetown site, recent Everhome Suites openings have taken place in Stockbridge, Georgia, and Panama City Beach, Florida.
The brand currently has eight properties under construction and expects to add 40 more by the first quarter of 2026.
Choice Hotels International vice-president and extended stay segment lead Matt McElhare said: “As extended stay continues to evolve, success increasingly belongs to companies that can pair scale with deep segment expertise.
“The opening of our 30th Everhome Suites is more than a brand milestone – it’s another example of Choice Hotels’ leadership in extended stay and our ability to execute in a competitive environment.”
Over the past 11 quarters, Choice Hotels has recorded consecutive periods of double-digit growth in extended-stay rooms.
The company operates close to 600 extended-stay hotels in the US.
In April 2026, Choice Hotels expanded AI use across its operations through a partnership with Amazon Web Services, shifting from pilot programmes to widespread implementation.
