Hotel and lifestyle brand citizenM has partnered with The Guestbook, a cash back hotel loyalty programme, to offer cash back and discounts to enhance guest loyalty. 

The companies noted that the partnership has already shown success for citizenM, with guests enrolling in The Guestbook for perks.  

The rewards include a 15% discount and other perks as a mycitizenM+ member.  

This initiative is aimed at enhancing the value of each hotel stay as well as make future travel more accessible and rewarding for guests. 

In addition, it offers guests the option to receive 5% cash back, donate 5% cash to a charity of their choice through GlobalGiving or accrue 15% cash towards a future stay at citizenM hotels.  

This collaboration further allows guests to earn rewards from both citizenM and The Guestbook simultaneously on every stay at a citizenM property.
