Hospitality management software platform Cloudbeds has entered a strategic alliance with hotel distribution technology provider STAAH.

The collaboration is designed to provide hotel operators with tools that streamline channel management processes. It will also help refine their operational procedures and bolster the management of hotel distribution.

Hoteliers are also set to benefit from real-time data synchronisation, improved reporting and centralised inventory management.

This partnership will also facilitate informed decision-making based on timely data analysis and is expected to lead to increased satisfaction among guests, boost revenue and achieve operational efficiency, said STAAH.

Hotels that employ Cloudbeds’ property management system will now have access to STAAH’s cloud-based channel management solutions. This will enhance their relationships with online travel agencies and broaden opportunities for direct bookings.
