Rees will oversee all aspects of hotel operations within the Hard Rock International portfolio. This includes both corporate-managed and franchised locations, solidifying the brand’s position as a leading global hospitality entity. 

Reporting directly to Jon Lucas, the company’s chief operating officer, Hard Rock International said that Rees brings a wealth of experience to drive the brand’s evolution.

With more than 30 years in the hospitality industry, his proven track record in guiding luxury and lifestyle hotels aligns seamlessly with Hard Rock’s vision.

Rees is renowned for his innovative approach and commitment to addressing industry challenges. Through impactful leadership programmes, he aims to nurture and develop hospitality talent while maintaining quality control across key verticals.

Rees’s journey, starting as an executive chef in prestigious hotels worldwide, reflects his dedication to fine cooking and leadership.
