Curator Hotel & Resort Collection has announced the addition of two new properties in Michigan and Ohio, reflecting its commitment to growing its portfolio of independent hotels and resorts across the US.
The expansion includes the historic Fidelity Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, Michigan.

The Fidelity Hotel, set to open in late 2024, will feature 97 rooms and is situated in a popular downtown Cleveland neighbourhood.
It will offer meeting spaces, dining, and socialising areas, and amenities such as a 24-hour concierge, fitness centre, and custom bathrobes.
The Royal Park Hotel, located in downtown Rochester, merges European charm with contemporary comfort, catering to both vacationers and business travellers.
