
US-based hospitality management company Daly Seven has completed the multi-million dollar renovation of the Holiday Inn Express Greensboro-(I-40 @ Wendover) hotel in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The renovation project involved every property feature, from guest rooms to communal areas.
Upon remodelling, the four-storey property now comprises 19 new studios, two-room suites and a fitness centre with equipment.
Modifications on the guest rooms include new furniture, beds and bathroom fixtures. The exterior now has fresh paint and a portico, the company said.
Furthermore, the property has seen improvements in the public area, a new lobby area, a wider breakfast area and the inclusion of a market with snacks and sundries.

Daly Seven owns and manages the Holiday Inn Express Greensboro-(I-40 @ Wendover) under a licence agreement with the InterContinental Hotels Group, the parent company of the Holiday Inn Express brand.
