Davidson Hospitality Group is set to take over management of Parrot Key Hotel & Villas in Key West, Florida, US.

Positioned less than three miles from Old Town Key West, the property contains 148 accommodation units consisting of rooms, suites and villas, as well as four swimming pools, a restaurant and bar.

It also offers various on-site excursion options arranged with Sunset Watersports such as jet ski rentals and snorkelling.

Davidson Hospitality Group is scheduled to oversee a renovation project later this year, in partnership with the property’s owners.

Plans for the renovation include updates to the restaurant, redesign and upgrades of communal areas, and improvements to exterior spaces.

Davidson Hospitality Group already manages various properties in the Florida Keys region. These include Baker’s Cay Resort in Key Largo; Amara Cay Resort, La Siesta Resort & Villas, and Three Waters Resort & Marina in Islamorada; and Key West Historic Inns in Key West.

The company currently operates 87 hotels and resorts, more than 230 food and beverage outlets, and over 1.4 million square feet of meeting spaces across the US, Europe, and the Caribbean.

It is a business partner of major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Kimpton, Margaritaville, and Nobu, and manages four specialist subsidiaries, notably Davidson Hotels, Pivot, Davidson Resorts, and Davidson Restaurant Group.

In April 2026, Davidson Hospitality Group assumed management of the Homestead Midway Utah resort under its operating vertical, Davidson Resorts.
