Hilton has unveiled plans to open the 458-key DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences next month.
The property will be the company’s first five-star DoubleTree by Hilton-branded hotel in the emirate. Hilton already has three four-star DoubleTree by Hilton hotels in Dubai.
Located near Burjuman Shopping Mall and its metro station, DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences offers 360-degree views of Dubai’s most popular attractions such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Eye and the Burj Al Arab among others.
Overall, the new property will have 327 hotel rooms and suites and 131 serviced residences for short and extended-stays.
It will also feature three dining outlets, six meeting rooms and a grand ballroom as well as an executive lounge.
The hotel’s other facilities will include outdoor swimming pools including one kids pool, fully equipped fitness centre and spa treatment rooms.
Newly appointed general manager Serpil Guney said: “Dubai continues to amaze the world with its glorious hotel openings and the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences is a significant addition to the city’s impressive hospitality industry.
“As the first five-star DoubleTree by Hilton, we are very proud to be the newest trendsetter at the heart of Dubai’s traditional and cultural district. In keeping with our warm and welcoming identity, we offer residents and visitors alike the ultimate privacy and comfort of home.”
