Emaar Properties‘s subsidiary Emaar Hospitality has unveiled a strategic rebranding initiative, transitioning Address Fountain Views to Address Dubai Mall in the UAE from 8 January 2024.  

According to a media release by Zawya, this move is expected to reinforce the company’s commitment to maintain its status and deliver the signature experience of its Address Hotels + Resorts brand.

The Address Dubai Mall is situated in downtown Dubai, on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. 

It is directly connected to Dubai Mall, a local retail and entertainment destination, and Chinatown Dubai Mall, via an air-conditioned walkway, offering guests quick access to retail and entertainment options.
