Ennismore has partnered with Vivium, a single-family office specialising in luxury residential and hospitality investments, to add Luura to the Morgans Originals Collection.

The collaboration aims to deliver a new generation of hotels, starting with two boutique properties on the Greek island of Paros.

Luura Cliff is scheduled to open in April 2026, comprising a 39-key hotel on the western side of the island. Meanwhile, the 45-key Luura Sand will open on the eastern side in 2027.

Both hotels are expected to offer unique luxury experiences, with Elastic Architects and Lambs and Lions studio leading the design efforts. The properties will feature Cycladic architecture-inspired interiors, with features such as social spaces, sunset cliff bars, spas, and direct beach access.

The two Luura hotels will introduce Morgans Originals’ social atmosphere to Paros. Ennismore’s F&B Platform, including Rikas Hospitality Group and Paris Society, will curate four restaurants and bars, alongside a new concept by PSC Hospitality.

Founded by Vivium this year, Luura is a curated collection of “artful” hotels that aim to offer a fresh approach to hospitality for modern travellers. The brand is the result of a partnership between Ennismore and Vivium, with plans to expand across the Mediterranean.
