Lifestyle hospitality company Ennismore is opening over 20 hotels and more than 35 food and beverage (F&B) destinations worldwide this year.

Ennismore is a joint venture with Accor in which it holds a majority shareholding.

The expansion marks Ennismore’s entry into several new markets, including Australia and Ireland, and introduces brands such as SLS in Europe and Mama Shelter in Asia.

Ennismore’s growth strategy extends to standalone restaurants and bars, leveraging its strategic partnership with Rikas Group and Paris Society, forming a new F&B platform with a collection of brands and operational capabilities.

Ennismore co-CEO Gaurav Bhushan said: “Following a remarkable year of openings in 2024, highlighted by the groundbreaking debut of the Delano Dubai, we eagerly anticipate another bold year of hotel and restaurant openings across all regions.

“This year marks several significant milestones for Ennismore and our brands, including heading to Australia for the first time, the grand opening of the first-ever SLS all-inclusive, the return of the iconic Delano Miami and the hotly anticipated arrival of Rikas brands in Europe and the Americas.”
