Fortune Park Hotels, a member of ITC’s hotel group, has reportedly signed four individual operating agreements for hotels across four Indian states.
These agreements cover the development of hotels at Candolim in Goa, Deoghar in Jharkhand, Haldwani in Uttarakhand, and Tirupur in Tamil Nadu.

The move will add more than 300 new rooms across the four Indian cities, bringing the chain’s current inventory to around 3700 rooms across 42 cities.
Fortune Park Hotels managing director Samir MC said: “We are pleased to announce our entry into various growth markets of India. With these additions, we not only increase our appeal in the domestic market but also offer a very interesting destination mix to our business and leisure customers, thereby opening up new vistas for their travel.”
Fortune Select in Candolim, which is slated to open in mid-2022, will have an inventory of over 100 rooms. This upscale property will also feature meetings and event spaces, a spa, a lap-size swimming pool and other recreational options.
Fortune Park in Deoghar will feature 100 rooms and is expected to open in 2024. The 62-room Fortune Park in Tirupur anticipated to open next year.
