Itineraries are now available for the new custom-designed Four Seasons private jet.

The trips cover all flights aboard the 48-seat Airbus A321neo-LR, along with luggage coordination, ground transfers to planned excursions, activities, meals and 24/7 service by an in-flight team. This includes a concierge, journey physician, on-the-ground experts, an onboard Four Seasons executive chef and a private jet guest services manager.

Guests will have access to accommodation in Four Seasons hotels and resorts, or, in more remote locations, at establishments selected by Four Seasons.

The first itinerary is titled “African Wonders” and is scheduled for 19 December 2024 to 10 January 2025. It will begin in Athens, moving to Cairo in Egypt, the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, Mauritius, Rwanda, the Victoria Falls on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, and ending in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The second trip, “Asia Unveiled”, is scheduled for 3 to 18 March 2025. Starting in Tokyo, travellers will visit Bali, the Maldives, Hoi An in Vietnam, Bhutan, Angkor Wat in Cambodia and finally Bangkok in Thailand.

Four Seasons executive vice-president and COO Marc Speichert commented: “All itineraries allow for real-time customisation and personalisation based on guest preferences.”

The Four Seasons private jet is operated by TCS World Travel. Additional private jet experience itineraries will be rolled out later in 2023 for the 2025 calendar.

Private jet travel has soared since the beginning of the pandemic, which transformed many travellers into high-net-worth individuals to the benefit of the luxury tourism market.

Many travellers may now permanently choose to fly privately as they experience the additional benefits, such as the reduced chance of cancellations and delays. GlobalData’s Premiumisation in Travel and Tourism report finds that private aviation has experienced a quicker recovery in comparison to many other tourism-related industries, including airlines.

Most hoteliers are yet to capitalise on private jet tours for their guests, with Four Seasons joining Dubai hospitality group Five Hotels and Resorts in making private jets available for wealthy guests.
