Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has completed the renovation of Four Seasons Hotels San Francisco At Embarcadero in California, US.
The two-and-a-half-year long, multimillion-dollar renovation was conducted in collaboration with luxury design firm Marzipan.
Located atop a 48-storey landmark building, the hotel is short walk away from some of the San Francisco’s well known neighbourhoods, including Embarcadero waterfront and Jackson Square.
The hotel also reopened its open-air terrace on the 40th floor, called The Overlook, on 1 July.
The Overlook offers panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge and marina and allows guests to host events and activations.
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts general manager Gigi Vega said: “We are so proud and delighted that all our guest rooms and suites at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero are now complete and open.
“This affords our team the opportunity to provide an enhanced, one-of-a-kind hospitality experience for sophisticated travellers looking for an unforgettable San Francisco stay.
The hotel features 127 spacious guest rooms and 28 suites, with separate sleeping and living areas and spa-like bathrooms.
It has two new private terrace suites – the Golden Gate Terrace Suite and the Embarcadero Terrace Suite.
Both the suites feature 2,000ft² of indoor and outdoor living space, a living room, kitchenette, dining room, powder room and private terraces.
Additionally, the hotel has newly renovated lobby, corridors and a fitness centre on the hotel’s third floor with strength training and Precor cardio equipment.
The hotel offers 24-hour in-room dining and an all-day dining area, The Lounge & Bar. Four Seasons is also planning to open a new restaurant.
