US-based housing development company Fredericksburg Development has launched the Artisan, a four-star resort hotel in Texas, US.
The Artisan is part of The Village at Frieden – a 240-acre master-planned community being developed in the city of Fredericksburg.
Additionally, the development will feature a residential community and the Verandas at Frieden, a rental community.
The Artisan is a Hill Country-inspired resort with a campus-style setting and this property features 108 suites with guest amenities.
The resort will feature a 12,000ft² Wellness Centre, indoor and outdoor private event areas of more than 30,000ft², a wine and food centre, a destination farm-to-table restaurant, a rooftop lounge area, a bakery and butchery and a with lazy and bar.
Furthermore, 40 hotel-serviced Artisan Cottages will complement the resort hotel. The cottages will be sold to buyers who seek to have their own private getaway at the resort hotel and enjoy being treated as hotel guests.
