Hard Rock Hotel Bali in Indonesia has selected Canary Technologies’ platform to update its guest journey and support service delivery across the resort.
The hotel is adopting a mobile-first approach, using Canary’s tools to manage interactions from pre-arrival through to departure.

As agreed, Canary’s suite of guest engagement solutions is being introduced at major touchpoints across the stay.
For arrival and departure, guests will have access to mobile check-in, smart checkout, OCR ID verification and tablet-based registration.
During their stay, guests can use Canary’s Digital Compendium and F&B Mobile Ordering to view hotel information, explore dining choices and request services directly from their mobile devices.
Canary’s AI Guest Messaging will also be available throughout the guest journey, enabling instant communication and offering real-time translation in more than 100 languages.

Located in Kuta on a 3.5ha site, Hard Rock Hotel Bali has 418 rooms and suites. The property includes nine food and beverage outlets such as Hard Rock Café and Jamie Oliver Kitchen.
