The Heart of Europe has entered into a partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts to operate the new Côte d’Azur Monaco Hotel under the voco brand in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). 

Named voco Monaco Dubai, the property is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024 at The Heart of Europe, which is Kleindienst Group’s flagship project. 

The Heart of Europe project spans six islands, each offering a blend of European architecture.  

It includes features such as underwater living experiences and the climate-controlled Raining Street, among others. 

voco Monaco Dubai hotel, inspired by the French Riviera, will have 198 rooms including eight suites, five party suites, and four suites with private pools. 

The adults-only hotel will host a variety of entertainment concepts and music artists, showcasing both international and local talent.
