Hilton has partnered with Egypt-focused Emirati real estate developer Amazon for Urban Development for the advancement of the Hilton Cairo New Capital Tower in Egypt, as reported by Egypt Today.

Currently under construction, the proposed hotel will occupy the top floors of the mixed-use tower located in the heart of the New Administrative Capital (NAC) of Cairo.

Hilton Middle East and Africa development vice-president Carlos Khneisser said: “We are excited to be working closely with Amazon for Urban Development to bring the award-winning Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand to Cairo’s NAC. As a key central and business hub, the hotel sits in a unique location, giving guests access to one of the capital’s vibrant business communities.”

The Hilton Cairo New Capital Tower will be located in the Central Business District, which is surrounded by both government and private offices, the Diplomatic Quarter, as well as several key residential areas within NAC.

The hotel will comprise 120 units, including 48 one-bedroom suites, 72 guest rooms, a pool, four food and beverage outlets and a fitness centre.

Amazon for Urban Development chairman Hossam Abu Al-Saud said: “Partnering with Hilton to open Hilton Cairo New Capital Tower is in line with our upscale vision for the NAC.
