The hotel will join the brand following the conclusion of a multi-million renovation programme.

Situated a 30-minute drive from Belfast International Airport, DoubleTree by Hilton Belfast City Ten Square will feature a range of dining and leisure options such as Linen Bar and The Doffer, a taproom available on Fridays and Saturdays.

Furthermore, the hotel will also offer a steakhouse, a lounge with a rooftop bar and four meeting rooms for conferences and events.

Hilton UK and Ireland development managing director Graham Dodd said: “Welcoming this fantastic property to our portfolio will further cement Belfast’s status as a premier destination for travellers from near and far.

“With its rich history, vibrant culture, and picturesque landscapes, Belfast offers an unforgettable experience, and we are excited to welcome guests to our newest location in this dynamic city.”

The addition of DoubleTree by Hilton Belfast City Ten Square follows the recent signings of DoubleTree by Hilton Derry-Londonderry and The Marcus Hotel Portrush, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

Recently, the Loughview Leisure Group also completed a refurbishment of DoubleTree by Hilton Belfast Templepatrick, enhancing guest rooms, spa facilities, public areas and the 220-acre parkland golf course.

Loughview Leisure Group finance director Chris Kearney said: “We take great pride in continuing to drive investment into the capital, contributing to its dynamic evolution and increasing global appeal.

“This is particularly significant as the government aims to double Northern Ireland’s tourism sector over the next decade, and we look forward to welcoming new and existing guests.”
