Avion Hospitality has announced the completion of a $5m renovation of the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Eatontown, New Jersey, US.
The revamped hotel now offers refreshed accommodations, public spaces, and enhanced amenities.

The 131-suite hotel, managed by Avion Hospitality, was acquired by Highline Hospitality Partners in September 2023.

The modernised suites feature new flooring, furnishings, and enhanced kitchen amenities, designed to cater to extended stays.
The dining area, lobby, and meeting rooms of the hotel have also been updated with a new design.
Improvements were made to the fitness centre, outdoor spaces, and technology infrastructure.

Situated near corporate hubs, Jersey Shore landmarks, and Monmouth University, Homewood Suites by Hilton Eatontown provides all-suite accommodations.
Additional features that the hotel offers include pet-friendly rooms, EV charging stations, an outdoor pool.

In January 2025, Avion Hospitality was selected for the management of the rebranded Hotel Savoy Kansas City, a member of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, in Missouri, US.
Previously known as 21c Kansas City, the hotel underwent a transformation to join the Hilton Tapestry Collection brand.
