South Carolina-based Sejwad Hospitality has named Hotel Equities as the new management firm for its seven full and select service hotels.

These include Sejwad Hospitality’s five existing hotels and two under-construction hotels, which will strengthen Hotel Equities’ presence in South Carolina.

The first property, Delta Columbia Northeast, is a full-service hotel with 180 rooms. Apart from an on-site convenience store, meeting space, and outdoor pool, the hotel also features the Whiskey Kitchen for in-house dining.

Sheraton Columbia Downtown situated in downtown Columbia is a 134-room facility with Vault Martini Bar and a rooftop lounge and bar.

Holiday Inn Express – Garners Ferry has an indoor pool and a fitness centre, among other amenities.

The 100-key hotel is close to Columbia’s key business and culture districts.

Holiday Inn Express – Two Notch is another well-connected property located within a few minutes’ distance from Fort Jackson Training Center and Interstate 77 and 20. The hotel comprises 83 rooms, and amenities including outdoor pool and fitness centre.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbia Downtown is a recently revamped property with 83 rooms, and amenities such as an on-site convenience store.      

Construction is currently underway on the 129-room Moxy – Columbia and 104-key SpringHill Suites – Columbia.
